Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GG Bazaar website and services (the "Platform"), operated by Atmosphere Entertainment Sdn Bhd 202301046211 (1540125-W), Level 59, Exchange 106, Lingkaran TRX, Tun Razak Exchange, 55188 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, browsing, buying or selling on the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Prohibited Items Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or on-site notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are available in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. If there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf, to use the Platform.

When you register you must give accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. You may hold only one personal account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may refuse registration, or suspend or close an account, where we reasonably believe information is false, the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or to protect users, sellers or the Platform.

The Platform is a marketplace for digital game products, including game credits and top-ups, gift cards and wallet codes, in-game items and passes, and game accounts.

• Products sold by "GG Bazaar Store" are sold by us directly.
• All other products are sold by independent third-party sellers ("Sellers"). The seller of each product is shown on the listing and on your order. For those products, the contract of sale is between you and the Seller; we provide the marketplace, payment collection, escrow and dispute resolution.

GG Bazaar is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or platform whose products are listed. Game names, logos and artwork are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being sold.

Prices are shown in US dollars (US$). Purchases are paid with GG Credits, which you buy ("top up") in advance; 1 credit is worth US$1. A service fee is added to each top-up and shown before you pay, and top-ups are paid in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) through our payment partner, whose payment page shows the amount in MYR before you confirm. You are responsible for choosing the correct product, region and quantity, and for entering accurate player details (such as player ID, zone or server) where required.

To sell on the Platform you must apply for a seller account and be approved by us. We may ask for identity, business and payment information, and may decline or revoke approval at our discretion.

As a Seller you agree that:

• every product you list is lawfully obtained, genuine, unused (for codes) and yours to sell;
• your listings are accurate, including region, delivery method and delivery time;
• you will deliver within the time stated on your listing and respond to buyer messages and disputes promptly;
• you will not list anything on our Prohibited Items Policy; and
• you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your sales.

We charge a commission on each completed order, shown in the seller center. Seller earnings are released to your available balance when the buyer confirms delivery or the confirmation period ends, and can be withdrawn by payout request. We may hold, offset or reverse earnings for orders that are disputed, refunded, charged back, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

When you pay for a Seller's product, we hold the payment ("escrow") until the order is completed. An order is completed when you confirm receipt, or automatically 72 hours after the Seller marks it as delivered if you have not opened a dispute.

If something is wrong with an order, use "Report a problem" on the order page before it completes. We will review the information provided by both you and the Seller, may ask for evidence such as screenshots, and will decide whether to refund you, release the payment to the Seller, or arrange a replacement. Our decision applies to the funds held on the Platform and does not limit any rights you have under Malaysian law.

You must not:

• use stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods, codes or accounts;
• use the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose;
• arrange payment or delivery outside the Platform to avoid fees or escrow;
• open unjustified disputes or chargebacks, or misuse refunds;
• harass, threaten or deceive other users;
• interfere with the Platform, including scraping, automated access without permission, or introducing malicious code; or
• create multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions or bans.

The Platform, its design, software and content (excluding third-party trademarks and user content) belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Platform only for its intended purpose and may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.

By posting reviews, messages or listing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and use that content to operate and promote the Platform.

Game credits, items and accounts are subject to the terms of the relevant game publisher. You are responsible for complying with those terms, including any region restrictions. Some publishers prohibit transferring or selling game accounts; if you buy or sell an account, you accept the risk that the publisher may restrict or suspend it.

We aim to keep the Platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Game services, servers and redemption systems are operated by publishers and platforms, not by us, and may change or be unavailable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any guarantee or right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other laws of Malaysia that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or for loss caused by a game publisher's or platform's actions; and
• our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and for any other claim to RM500.

These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your listings or products (if you are a Seller), or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us, after completing or cancelling any open orders. We may suspend or terminate your access, cancel open orders, or remove listings if you breach these Terms, if required by law or our payment partners, or to prevent fraud or harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 8, 11, 12 and 14) continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. Consumers may also bring eligible claims before the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
